Please note KIDDO STICKERS GALLERY operating hours are 10am to 9.30pm (Monday to Friday) and close on Sunday and Public Holidays (these days are not included in the production turnaround time). In addition, production turnaround time does not include shipping transit time where extra business days should be taken into account. In case of urgency, production turnaround time begins once the order and payment have been confirmed. However, if the uploaded files failed to comply with the inspections, the job will be on hold and the turnaround time will be automatically regenerate. Extra fees will be charged for urgent/rush orders. All self-collection orders will be held for a maximum of 30 days in our premises. Unless further notice is given, all overdue orders will be disposed. Artwork Files Requirements Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their print-ready artwork files. All files shall be carefully examined by the customers before submission. Artwork preparation guidelines and product templates are provided to assist in creating print-ready artwork. DO NOT submit any unusual transparencies prints or artworks KIDDO STICKERS GALLERY is NOT responsible for any loss or damage of image(s) in the artwork. Only AI formats are accepted. All the artwork submitted in PDF format, Photoshop format, TIFF format, JPEG format or other related format, would be converted into PDF format without prior notice.
KIDDO STICKERS GALLERY is NOT responsible for any loss or damage of image(s) caused by the conversion of any of the above stated to AI format. All finished artworks may not be 100% accurate in actual size, size may differ from 0.5 inches to 2 inches due to the different type offinishing and size of material. KIDDO STICKERS GALLERY is NOT liable for any size dfference within the reasonable range stated. Customers are compulsory to certify that they have the right to use the image(s) in the artwork files. In case of artworks breaches to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable, customers shall be responsible for resolving these problems. KIDDO STICKERS GALLERY is NOT responsible for any infringement actions stated above.
KIDDO STICKERS GALLERY has reasonable ground for not liable to any of the circumstances stated below: -Spelling, punctuation or grammar error in the artworks -Inferior quality or poor resolution of uploaded image(s) -Design errors or wrong color selections in the artworks -Errors incurred in User-Selection Options such as product type, size, printing method, finishing options or quantity. -Incorrect dimensions, image orientation or file submission -Color match guarantee without a hardcopy color proof. -Delay in delivery due to improper file uploaded or other technical issue. -Duplicate orders placed by customers. -Incorrect file layout for product finishing purposes. -No refund. -No free design. (except using our template from www.ksonline2u.com) We will use final check artworks CONFIRMED by customer for production. NO free reprint or refund for due to the wrong artwork/design after customer confirmation. Charges will be applied for the reprint.
